We invite students in a full day workshops. During first session of career guidance and counseling programme, we administer psychometric tests like – aptitude test, personality and motivation test . It takes about two and half hours . after administration of these tests our team of career counselors will examine all the psychological antecedents of the students i.e his/ her examinations records and resources through structured interview and then our experts quantify his/her performance . during second session our experts a senior behavioral scientist will explain about the detail of psychological profile of the student participating in workshop . In this venture our experts maintain confidentiality of the subject . after knowing about oneself WHO’AM I? participants will be given a broad exposure of opportunities available in educational world through a power point presentation then our experts help the participants to link their inner potentialities with best opportunities available in the market.
